Learners will develop the skills to maintain responsibility for quality service delivery ensuring the creation, facilitation and review of these individualised services within the defined organisation guidelines.
Learners will develop the skills required to be expected to show leadership and lower levels of responsibility within the service as a whole and supporting colleagues within the ongoing quality improvement of their work.

- Minimum age 18
- Provide a valid USI
- Be eligible to study in Australia with the Australian College of Community Services and Care
- Hold the required criminal and working with children checks (if applicable)
